~ How do I pay for my items? Is it secure?
Very secure! We use PayPal for both online and phone orders. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase items. If you need any help, please contact us.
~ How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE for all orders in the UK. We also accept international orders. Please contact us, as prices vary by weight and country.
~ How long will my items take to arrive?
We aim to post your items within 2-3 working days of ordering and all orders are sent by second class. Your order should arrive within 5-7 working days. If you need your items to arrive sooner, please contact us, and we will see what we can do!
~ Can I return my items?
Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. You will incur the cost of all return postages. Please contact us, before returning any items.
~ Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
No, but all of our items are presented in either black tissue paper or clear cellophane and where possible decorative ribbon.
~ If I order a large quantity, will you offer me a discount?
Yes, please contact us for more information.
~ What will you do with my details? Will you sell them to someone else?
Absolutely not. All we use your details for posting your items. We may email you if something really exciting happens....but that will never me more than once a month. You can at anytime tell us to stop mailing you, and we will instantly.
